ABOUT US

Crosstown Sweets was founded in Woodstock, NY in 2011 by Albane Sharrard. The local farms and markets in the Hudson Valley reminded her of the summers she spent visiting her grandparents' home in the South of France. She was inspired to create jams in the tradition of her grandmother's best recipes using fruit from local farms. The company's aim is to produce high quality artisanal jams made in small batches and using Hudson Valley produce that is sustainably grown. Crosstown Sweets is dedicated to nurturing the relationship between farms, chefs, and the community to create a quality sustainable product that reflects the bounty of the Hudson Valley.

What makes our jams delicious?

  • We use only local and seasonal fruits that are sustainably grown
  • We make all our jams in small batches
  • We make our product with organic sugar
  • We use less sugar and we don't add any pectin, our jams are full of fruit flavor
